Yoga 1-2-1’s & small group yoga classes
I’m always available for 1-2-1’s, so if you happen to live in Brittany (in the Saint Lunaire / Dinard area, to be precise) and would like some individual instruction, or a small group class for you and your friends, get in touch and let’s set it up!
Whether you’re a beginner yogi, an athlete with tight muscles, a young whippersnapper with bags of energy, or a creaky older soul who’s lived a good life and fancies living a bit more of it, I can design a programme to suit your needs. Give me a call or send an email and let’s chat!
